Philanthropic Donations
VIVA Physicians, Inc. (VPI), a not-for-profit organization, acknowledges its role as a leader in medical education and research. In addition, VPI considers it our responsibility to be a philanthropic leader for the cardiovascular communities and the world at large. VPI is committed to supporting promising programs from non-profit entities that are closely aligned with the Organization’s defined charitable giving guidelines and focuses its efforts on programs designed to enhance health, education, and support for those communities in need.
VPI has provided support for the following organizations: - American Red Cross – Tsunami Relief in Japan
- Fibromuscular Dysplasia Society of America (FMDSA) - Public health charity for FMD
- Loaves and Fishes – Local charity providing support to underprivileged families
- Oschner Health System – Hurricane Relief in New Orleans following Katrina
- Partners in Health – Earthquake Relief in Haiti
- Sacred Heart Communities – Local charity providing assistance to families in need
- Vascular Disease Foundation - Fighting vascular disease
